Refund policy
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept returns outside of this window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. There will be a minimum restocking fee of 30% for returned items. Items that arrive damaged or show signs of use will result in a higher restocking fee. Items sold as refurbished are covered by a 30 day warranty. The warranty applies only to the functionality of the product. Cosmetic defects are not covered under the warranty. Please do not send merchandise back without completing the below listed steps.
To complete your return, we require that you complete the steps below.
Please fill out the Return Merchandise Request form that can be found at the bottom of this page. Once completed, please email to cs@buyems.net. We will review your request and if a return is approved, we will issue an RMA#. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping package. The return shipping address can also be found on the Return Merchandise Request form.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, it will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Posting times for the refund will be based on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged merchandise will be eligible for exchange.
Shipping
Customer responsible for return shipping costs. This applies to all returns unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost during the return shipping process.
